大一下学期计划和目标 作为一名顺利度过大一上半学期的学生，我受益颇丰。回顾加入大连职业技术来的点点滴滴，历历在目。作为一名合格的学生，我将在接下来的文章中对这半个学期的学习、生活、思想、活动四个方面进行总结。学习方面，我克服了从中专到大专转变的种种不适。经过一学期的锻炼，我认识到了大专与中专在学习动机、学习动力以及学习习惯方面的重大区别， 并有了一点心得。

1.中专的学习动机十分简单，努力学习和复习，能顺利的上大专。

而大学，由于奋斗目标突然变得模糊，学习动机也变得模糊起来。学习的目的性偏弱，不知为何而学习，一门心思追求考试的通过。同时，由于中专的知识内容相对简单，知识点相对少，社会联系相对薄弱，知识理解要求程度相对较低，导致我们在中专阶段可以抛开一切只谋书本;相反，由于大学课程紧密，知识难度高，要求理解独力强，并且学习的效率与效果直接与未来个人的发展前途息息相关，因此，大学的学习压力大，学生的思想负担也相对较重。加之奋斗目标的模糊，使得学习动机不很明显。

这一点，是在大学学习中需要的别注意的。
