我们都知道听、说、读、写是 英语中重要的四大组成部分。而听力这所以排在最前面也是有原因的。因为我们必须先听懂foreigner怎么说，我们才会说，能听懂并说出来这是学习语言最基本的要素。然后我们才会进行更高级的训练，也就是读写。因此，学好听力在英语学习中就显得尤为重要了。那么，如何有效地练习听力，并提高我们的听力水平呢？

第一、泛听

换句话说就是什么都听，并不一定要完全听懂。比如：电影、新闻、歌曲等。不管能不能听懂，先折磨自己的耳朵，让它不断地受苦，习惯了也就好了。从电影中我们可以学到很多的地道英语。如果说我们学习太紧张而没时间坐下来完整地看一部电影，那听歌可是随时随地的。其实听英文歌也是寓教于乐最好的途径。大家喜欢听歌，在音乐里，英语也是很美的，同时会有助于我们听和说的双重学习。

第二、精听

对于精听我们要怎么样具体地去实施呢？最好的办法就是练习听写。为什么精听？精听有助于我们高度集中注意力。大家是不是在听较长的对话或passage的时候很容易走神？听着听着就开始想为什么上帝创造了人类，为什么隔壁班上的那个男孩总是会比自己班上的帅，还有今天中午吃什么之
