浅谈初中英语词汇教学

英语，众所周知是在世界范围内，被广泛使用的国际语言，它有悠久的历史，词汇相当丰富。可见，学好英语对个人的发展很重要。而学好词汇是学好英语必不可少的部分。一些教育学理论将词汇视为影响理解应用语言最重要的因素。词汇作为最小的语言单位，是人类进行思维活动和思想交流的基础。可以说，学习词汇是学好英语的前提。词汇掌握的越多，思想表达得越丰富，准确度越高。很多例子证明，一些学生因为没有丰富的词汇量，没有恰当记忆单词的方法，最终在英语学习中败下阵来。

教师在英语教学过程中，应致力于丰富学生的词汇量，让学生能够准确无误的充分了解所学并将其正确运用。长期积累下去，学生的英语水平自然而然就会得到提高。学生会从中感受到学习英语的乐趣，不会在抱怨英语枯燥，英语水平将会提升一个层次。 师生都要给予词汇更多的重视。将词汇的学习作为整个英语教学过程中的重要环节看待，不可忽视。教师应在研究创新英语词汇教学方法的方面上投入更多的精力，以求提高整体教学水平。作为教学活动的主导，教师不但要使教学活动高效开展，而且要在词汇学习方面，有效地对学生进行指导。下面是笔者通过反省现行的一些教学方法以及总结近年的一些经验，针对词汇教学提出的一些看法。
