前言：

众所周知，哈佛，麻省理工等一流大学在美国生根，发芽，为美国培养出许多优秀人才，美国多届总统更是出自哈佛。毫无疑问，美国是一个教育大国。而中国自建国起就十分注重教育，从免学杂费等多项国家政策就可看出。然而，中国的教育并没有取得十分辉煌的成就，换句话说，中国的学校教育为中国培养出的人才数量与质量远远不能满足中国日益发展的需求。

那么，中美教育为何取得的成就有如此大的悬殊呢？

1、中美教育制度的基本介绍

1.1、中国的教育制度
