第1条 为维护厦门青芒食品有限责任有限公司(以下简称“公司”)、股东和债权人的合法权益，规范公司的组织和行为，根据《中华人民共和国公司法》(以下简称《公司法》)《中华人民共和国公司登记管理条例》(以下简称<<条例>>)和其他有关规定，由邓超、李晨、陈赫、郑恺、王宝强、王祖蓝和杨颖共同出资设立厦门青芒食品有限责任公司，特制订本章程。

第一条 公司宗旨：通过重庆中科智汇科技有限公司组织形式，由股东共同出资，筹集资本金，建立新的经营机制，依照《中华人民共和国公司法》和《中华人民共和国公司登记管理条例》的规定，制定本公司章程。

第二条 公司名称：重庆中科智汇科技有限公司。（以下简称公司）
