一 硬件组态

首先打开STEP7 V5.3软件(Simatic Manager)进入STEP7的编程画面.

第一章实施前准备

1.1实施环境确认

1、主要确认电源是否拉到机柜、功率是否满足要求，电源用的是什么插头；PDU或者插座必须是250v 16A（比普通10A插座略大一圈）； 2、机柜是否安装好，托盘等是否准备好；

3、客户的安装源是否准备好。如果客户没有随项目购买操作系统，都要他们自己提供安装源；

4、客户的组网方案是否已经准备好； ? 网络ip地址规划 ? Vlan设计规划 ? 负载均衡规划 ? 管理板设置规划

? USM机器准备（最好是系统刚刚做好的，比较“干净”；安装java插件最新版本）
