大家好，我叫xx，09年毕业于江苏教育学院，同年7月份录取为省聘村官，有幸被分配回自己的家乡——扬州市江都谢桥村。现在谢桥村担任主任助理及总账会计职务。从踏上村官这条道路开始，我就受到来自各方的重视与关怀：各级领导悉心教导，长辈同事关心帮助，家乡人民全力支持。这些都极大地促进了我由学生向一名村官的转变。我始终认为，要想在农村发挥自己的价值并且有所发展，必须要立足基层，探寻出一条创业富民的道路。将梦想付诸于行动后，2014年10月，我和吴桥镇其他七名大学生村官采取“抱团创业”的形式，通过贷款和自筹资金的办法注册成立江都市新天地农业开发有限公司，先期承包吴桥镇高效农业园区30亩大棚，进行有机蔬菜种植。目前，根据前两季蔬菜上市成本效益核算，公司预计年收入可达18万元左右，带动当地农民就业20人，帮带脱贫农户5户，抱团创业取得初步成效。就自己近一年来的创业历程我谈谈自己的一些创业过程及感想。
