会议是我们工作中不可或缺的一种工作方式。可是经常会听到人们这样的抱怨：又要开会烦死了；天天开会，天天不会；开会简直是浪费我的时间，一听开会头疼，不去又不行等等这样的牢骚。为什么会出现这样的情况呢？主要是因为公司会议的效率太低，无数次重复同样的内容始终没有结果，使人们对会议很反感，却又不得不做，无效会议的危害产生了。 一、无效会议的危害：

(1)目标没有办法实现，会议成了抱怨的载体。

会议涉及到营销目标的制定、，人事、薪资调整等，一定要前期做充分的准备，否则就会成为抱怨会。比如：会议本来是想告诉大家目标制定的情况，却成了抱怨会。宣布了脱离现实的目标就会出现“这样的目标简直是不可能实现的，”“真是站得说话不腰疼，目标拍脑袋就定了，也不看看现在的市场是什么样的”“这么高的目标我不做了”等等的抱怨，这样会议就成为了抱怨的载体了。

(2) 时间成本、场地费用、资料成本等损失巨大。
