课程的性质、地位和作用
本课程是商务英语专业的一门核心专业课程,也是一门外贸业务实际
操作的课程。通过介绍外贸实务中各种英文业务函件、电传和传真及其它方式的书写格式、外贸术语和各种不同的英语表达方法以及对外贸易各环节的具体做法,使学生在熟练掌握对外贸易业务中常用的基本术语的同时,提高英语的表达能力。具体的方法是帮助学生掌握对外贸易工作中书写业务函电的技巧和方法,为学生今后从事的外经贸工作打下良好的书面表达基础,以适应外经贸工作过程中与国外客户进行联络的实际业务需要,培养和提高他们从事外贸业务的工作能力。
二. 教学目的和要求
