篇一：如何看楼房的风水？

（一）看环境

一、楼房风水的好坏，首先要这栋楼房周围的环境情况，前后左右的道路、河流和人工建筑物的情况，对整栋楼房的风水休戚相关。

首先是看河流和道路，如果有河流和道路弯环抱着楼房为吉，如果有河流或道路的弯弓顶向着楼房，是反弓水不吉，道路或河流笔直地冲来是为箭煞，不吉。

二看建筑物或山体，后面有高的建筑物做后托为吉，后面低矮不吉，前方逼压不吉，前方开旷、景色秀美吉；左边的建筑物高于右边一般为吉，右边的建筑物比左边的高，特别是有奇形怪状的建筑物一般不吉。

三看地形地势，楼房不宜建在孤山顶上，不宜建在水体上，不要建在山脉的脊线上和水体上。不能建在悬崖峭壁的下面等。

四看周围有没有寺庙、军警部门、火葬场、公墓、监狱、神坛、风月场所等，阳宅应该远离这类建筑物。

总体来说，周围山清水秀，环境整洁优美，没有明显的形煞，采光通风良好，是为好的环境，也就的风水宝地了。

(二）看立向

关系楼房风水好坏的第二个问题，是楼房的立向是否合理。

周围有优质的外部环境，是营造阳宅好风水的基础条件条件。这些条件是否得到合理的利用，需要通过立向来实现。四周的砂水是固定的，无法移动，要合理地利用好这些砂水，唯一可以变动的，只有房子的坐向。
