【摘要】 目的:为了了解崇明县手足口病的流行特点，易感人群及发病规律，制定相应的预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法:病例信息来自国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统，人口资料来自于崇明县公安局。 结果:2010年崇明县累计报告手足口病606例。发病年龄段主要在是1-7岁组，占发病数的92.38%，发病高峰在6-7月份，以散居儿童为主，占发病数的47.91%，其次为幼托儿童和学生，分别占发病数的44.72%和6.39%。 结论:重点应注意幼托机构和外来流动人口集聚地的手足口病的防控工作。

手足口病（hand-foot-mouth disease, hfmd）是由多种肠道病毒引起的常见传染病，其中以ev71型和cva16型病毒为主。婴幼儿发病占多，以2～6岁儿童高发。全年均有发生，夏秋季为高发期。该病传染性强，易引起暴发或流行。随着手足口病的不断增多，已严重影响儿童的身体健康和生命安全。现将2010年崇明县手足口病疫情分析如下。 1 资料与方法
