二、提高社会交往能力。

正确处理好自己的人际关系，交友要谨慎，不与行为不端的人联系，不与社会上的人交朋友，不要上网交友，更不要网恋;多参加各种有意义的文体活动，远离不良文化场所。多把心思放在学习上，多交志同道合的好朋友。

三、提高自我保护意识。

今天，我讲话的题目是：“预防校园欺凌，构建和谐校园”。

日前，国务院教育督导办公室印发《关于开展校园欺凌专项治理的通知》，要求各地中小学校针对发生在学生之间，蓄意或恶意通过肢体、语言及网络等手段，实施欺负、侮辱造成伤害的校园欺凌行为进行专项治理。

那么什么是校园欺凌呢？校园欺凌就是以大欺小，以多欺少，以强凌弱的现象。前不久，网上报道了江西某中学发生女生扇打耳光造成伤害的事件，事件曝光后，几名参与打架的女生迅速被公安部门带到派出所，接受处罚。这几名同学的家长也因监护不力，受到处罚。在很多校园里有这样的现象：有的同学因打篮球引发矛盾请社会青年来校殴打同学，有的高年级的同学在校园商店、食堂故意冲撞低年级同学，有的向同学素要钱物，有的向同学恶语相向、出口成脏。这都是校园欺凌事件。
