在小学语文教学中，培养阅读和写作能力是教学的核心和重点，而在小学低年级培养学生的听说读写能力，是学生读写能力形成的最佳时期。在这一阶段，教师可以引导学生逐渐养成善于倾听、有序表达、爱好阅读和乐于写作的良好习惯。听和读是吸收、理解语言的能力，它用来汲取“营养”；说和写是表达、运用语言的能力，它用来提高表达的能力。而听说是口头语言的吸收与表达，读写是书面语言的吸收与表达。口头语言又是书面语言的基础，先听读后说写，先听说后读写，教师要做到听、说、读、写同步训练，相互促进和循序提高。怎样培养低年级学生的听说读写能力呢？

一、 运用方法 培养倾听能力

倾听是指用心的听，低年级学生活泼好动，有意注意维持时间是有限的，这就要求教师帮助学生学会倾听。对于刚入学的新生在教学训练中两种方法最有效：首先是教师的严格要求，要求学生会专心的听别人讲话，引导学生在老师讲课、同学们发言时专心听讲，认真思考，判断是否正确，说的什么意思；其次是教师要引导学生主动的倾听，教师的严格要求只能管住学生的身，但管不了学生的心。要让学生用心去听，就必须要让他们感兴趣，学生感兴趣了，才会主动的、积极地倾听别人的话。对于倾听能力的训练，除了

1.目前现状：新课程的教学理念是面向全体学生，注重素质教育，突出学生主体，尊重个体差异，采用活动途径，倡导体验参与。结合到小学英语课堂教学的实际中，我认为小学英语应重视口语交际，因为英语终究是一门语言艺术。然而在农村，人群相对稳定，生活圈子相对狭小，知识和信息的流通也十分有限，农村的学生几乎每天听到的都是汉语，更不用说用简单的英语来交流，而学校每周只有有限的两三节课，每节课仅四十分钟，除此之外，学生很少有接触英语的机会，而英语口语的提高，在一定程度上立足于多听、多说，因此，农村的英语语言环境，限制了学生英语口语的发展；另外，大多数的农村家长文化程度不高，不会说英语，有些甚至没接触过英语，根本谈不上对孩子英语学习的辅导。
