姜老师执教的这一堂课是一堂清晰实在，扎实系统，动静结合的小学英语课。教师以新的课程理念为指导，充分考虑儿童的年龄特点，在本课的教学设计和组织上注重了以下几个方面。 1、亲切甜美的声音拉近师生距离。因为是借班上课，课堂一开始师生自由对话，简单的对话让学生对新的老师产生好奇兴趣，同时也拉近了师生之间的距离，打破了传统老师一个人在台上介绍，学生在台下听；使语言在互动中得到交流与应用。接着游戏It's in / on / under .... ，使学生的注意力在最短的时间里，被激活。同时也为本课对话中最后的句子：Where is my car?
