触摸式橄榄球定义与规则

1.球场：赛场为长方形并且两个得分线之间长为70米宽为50米。 2.得分线：是将触地区与赛场分开的两条线段。 3.边线：是赛场两边的两条界线。

4.进攻得分线：是一个队触地得分时必须要将球放在其上面或后面的线段。 5.防守得分线：是一个队必须防守以阻止球被触地得分的一条线段。

6.交换区：是长（20）米，宽不小于（5）米的长方形，它标示在赛场两侧，从中线向两侧延伸（10）米，并且距离边线1米。

7.队员：每支球队由12人组成，每队最多6名队员同时在场上，无限次换人。

8.比赛时长：比赛持续时间为45分钟，上下半场各20分钟，中间休息5分钟。 9.触碰：是指防守方队员接触到了持球者身体的任何部分或球本身, 也可以由持球队员造成。被触碰后，持球者必须返回被触碰点，并做地面滚球以重新开始（不允许超过被触碰点开球）。球员之间的触碰要尽可能控制力度，保持互不伤害。每队有6次被触摸的机会去完成得分。 10.触地：是指进攻队队员除传锋外将球放置在该队的进攻得分线上或后面。

11.得分：是指持球者越过得分线，球未脱手，且未被防守方触碰，并将球放在进攻队得分线上或越过得分线将球放在触地区的界线之内，触地得分成立，得分分值为1分。 12.
