谈 判 技 巧

一、 谈判的定义：

“谈判”，又称为“协商”或“交涉”，在韦氏大辞典的定义是：“买卖之间商谈或讨论以达成协议”。谈判通常是用在金额大的采购上，由于本公司是自选式综合超市，采购金额很大，因此谈判工作格外地重要，是担任采购工作最吸引人的部分之一。

一般人都误认为采购谈判就是“讨价还价”，但其实成功的谈判是一种买卖之间经过研究、计划、及分析的过程达成互相可接受的协议或折中方案。这些协议或折中方案里包含了所有交易的条件，而非只有价格。

谈判与球赛或战争不同之点在于：在球赛或战争中只有一个赢家，另一个是输家；在成功的谈判里，双方应该都是赢家，也就是“双赢”只是一方可能比另一方多赢一些，这种情况是商业的常事，也就是说谈判技巧较好的一方理应获得较多的收获。

二、 谈判的技巧：

谈判技巧是采购人员的利器。谈判高手通常都愿意花时间去研究这些技巧，以求事半功倍，下列谈判技巧值得本公司采购人员研究：

（1） 谈判前要有充分的准备：知已知彼，百战百胜，成功的谈

Ranking Reflecting on the simulation exercise, we have made both correct and incorrect decisions. Nevertheless, although we ranked 4th (Exhibit 1: OVERALL TEAM STANDING), we believe we gained a deeper understanding of queuing theory and have obtained invaluable experience from this exercise.

国作官的孙膑，因为受到同僚庞涓的迫害，被齐国使臣救出后，到达齐国国

都。 齐国使臣将他引见给齐国的大将军田忌，田忌向孙膑请教兵法，孙膑讲了

三天三夜，田忌特别佩服，将孙膑待为贵宾，孙膑对田忌也很感激，经常为他

献计献策。

赛马是当时最受齐国贵族欢迎的娱乐项目。上至国王，下到大臣，常常以

赛马取乐，并以重金赌输赢。田忌多次与国王及其他大臣赌输赢，屡赌屡输。

一天他赛马又输了，回家后闷闷不乐。孙膑安慰他说：“下次有机会带我到马场

看看，也许我能帮你。”

当又一次赛马时，孙膑随田忌来到赛马场，满朝文武官员和城里的平民也

都来看热闹。孙膑了解到，大家的马按奔跑的速度分为上中下三等，等次不同

装饰不同，各家的马依等次比赛，比赛为三赛二胜制。

孙膑仔细观察后发现，田忌的马和其他人的马相差并不远，只是策略运用

不当，以致失败。 孙膑告诉田忌：“大将军，请放心，我有办法让你获胜。”田

忌听后非常高兴，随即以千金作赌注约请国王与他赛马。国王在赛马中从没输

过，所以欣然答应了田忌的邀请。

比赛前田忌按照孙膑的主意，用上等马鞍将下等马装饰起来，冒充上等
