教学替代和忽略，我们共同来克服

教学替代即教学包办，代替学生思维和基本技能训练，主体主导倒置，教师成了演员或者讲评书的，学生成了观众、听众．有学生参与也是少数表演、多数陪读．还有人批评课堂成了戏台，学生成了老师表演的道具．教学忽略表现为不管知识获得过程，不给学生活动时间空间，不信任学生的自主发展．我们要共同克服教师讲得周到，学生学不周到的现象．给学生留出自我检查的空间和时间，让学生在不断争辩或自我反馈中明确认识，经历一个自悟自得的过程体验．在动态生成的课堂中，讲求收获．

《课标修订稿》中阐述数学教学过程的特征调整为“教学活动是师生积极参与、交往互动、共同发展的过程．有效的数学教学活动是学生学与老师教的统一，学生是数学学习的主体，教师是数学学习的组织者、引导者与合作者．数学教学活动应激发学生兴趣，调动学生积极性，引发学生的数学思考，鼓励学生的创造性思维；要注重培养学生良好的数学学习习惯，掌握有效的数学学习方法．”
