教学替代即教学包办,代替学生思维和基本技能训练,主体主导倒置,教师成了演员或者讲评书的,学生成了观众、听众.有学生参与也是少数表演、多数陪读.还有人批评课堂成了戏台,学生成了老师表演的道具.教学忽略表现为不管知识获得过程,不给学生活动时间空间,不信任学生的自主发展.我们要共同克服教师讲得周到,学生学不周到的现象.给学生留出自我检查的空间和时间,让学生在不断争辩或自我反馈中明确认识,经历一个自悟自得的过程体验.在动态生成的课堂中,讲求收获.
《课标修订稿》中阐述数学教学过程的特征调整为“教学活动是师生积极参与、交往互动、共同发展的过程.有效的数学教学活动是学生学与老师教的统一,学生是数学学习的主体,教师是数学学习的组织者、引导者与合作者.数学教学活动应激发学生兴趣,调动学生积极性,引发学生的数学思考,鼓励学生的创造性思维;要注重培养学生良好的数学学习习惯,掌握有效的数学学习方法.”
