高效液相色谱检测法对鲤鱼肌肉中甲基睾酮残留物的初步验证

摘要：在中国，将合成代谢类固醇甲基睾酮（MT）为生长促进剂是被明文禁止的。食物中对甲基睾酮残留的分析结果表明残留物是不可缺少的。用高效液相色谱法（即三氯甲烷 - 甲醇与液 - 液萃取的方法）检测鲤鱼肌肉组织的初步验证结果参照以下参数：恢复性（准确度）在1,5和10mg/kg之间，组间和组内检测CV值（重复性，也被称为相对标准偏差（RSD））以及检测限制之间。恢复性在80％以上，肌肉组织及组间和组内CV值低于10％，检测限值为0.05mg/kg。 关键字：甲基睾酮、液-液萃取、高效液相色谱法、验证 1.前言

　　其实我以前也根本没读过原文，也看不懂。这儿有个好办法：找一本中文经典的书籍，仅看某一节你感兴趣或与你相关的内容，然后先找一两篇英文的综述(review)认真阅读一下，不会的单词可用金山词霸查一查，也许你读第一篇文章需要花两天，你过两天再读第2遍时，你也许只要一天;然后你再读第2篇时也许你只要半天!然后你一定会真正发现读英文文献的快感!人家的文章分析真的透彻，内容丰富，不论是临床还是基础类都非常经典!(与国内文献相比)。我的许多同学都因为读了几篇外文后便再也不愿意，也不想读中文的东西了!
