一、肢体语言之微笑练习

有魅力的微笑是天生的，但依靠自身的努力也完全可以拥有。因此演员或空姐通 过微笑练习，能练出迷人的微笑。笑脸中最重要的是嘴型。因为根据嘴型如何动， 嘴角朝哪个方向，微笑也不同。面部肌肉跟其他的肌肉一样，使用得越多，越可 以形成正确的移动。练习微笑总共分为六步，每天最好对着镜子练习。

1、微笑练习第一步——放松肌肉给嘴唇肌肉增加弹性（可以做学习的口部操。）

2、微笑练习第三部——形成微笑（对着镜子，形成自己觉得最满意最灿烂的微笑。看看面部肌肤有那个地方笑的不是太好看，进行修正，把微笑做到最好。）

二、肢体语言之眼神练习

面部表情最生动的部分就是眼神，意大利文艺复兴时代的著名艺术大师达芬奇有 一句名言：“眼睛是心灵的窗户 ”。人的喜怒哀乐都可以通过眼睛反映出来。很多 演讲者在演讲的时候，眼睛不知道看哪里，有的看着天花板，有的有笔记本电脑 备课就一直盯着电脑。这里，我给大家介绍三种眼神方法。

（1）点视法

目光注视某一对象，与之进行视线交流。对视可以使对方在心里上增加对您发言 的兴趣，感到一种得到尊重的满足。点视主要用于人数不是很多的演讲场合，100 人以下可以用点视。就是在演

首先你要做的第一件事情，就是充满自信，而且要表现出来。
