傾銷稅屆滿五年後繼續課徵案，業經本部及經濟部分別完成傾銷及產業損害調查，並認定如停止對涉案貨物課徵反傾銷稅，日本涉案廠商將可能繼續對我傾銷，並對我國內產業再度造成損害，爰核定繼續對涉案貨物課徵反傾銷稅，並自公告之日起實施，課徵期間5年。 依據：「平衡稅及反傾銷稅課徵實施辦法」第44條第1項暨第1

6條第1項規定及95年2月16日本部關稅稅率委員會第118次會議決議。 說明：

一、本案課徵反傾銷稅之範圍、對象、稅額及期間如下： (一) 課徵範圍：

1.貨品名稱：銅版紙 (Art paper)

2.材質：銅版紙之主要構成材質為木材紙漿與表面塗佈用塗料，其常用之紙漿種類與塗料成分如下：(1).紙漿:生產銅版紙之紙廠通常採用化學紙漿及半化學機械紙漿，最常使用的紙漿有LBKP(闊葉樹漂白硫酸鹽紙漿)、NBKP(針葉樹漂白硫酸鹽紙漿)、BCTMP(半化學熱磨機械漿)及其他種類之紙漿；(2).塗料：生產銅版紙所用的塗料主要成份為細磨之石粉及礦物質如碳酸鈣及白土等，配合乳膠及澱粉等粘著劑及分散

　　花了大概很久的时间读了一小半左右，一直不愠不火，没有太大的喜悦，读下去只是因为要读完的欲望一直支撑着我，突然被推荐了有声书，听着读完了整本书，觉得挺有趣的，特别是ben.radar .lacey 觉得他们三个在路上的情景特别搞笑，其实也挺喜欢开头的margo 的，但是最后一张的她让我觉得不鲜活，像是用满篇的大道理去强行抒情，她这个人物也显得很模糊，可惜了。
