2018年八年级第一学期英语教学工作总结

本学期我担任1006班及1007班的英语教学工作。作为一名新教师，对新的教材，新的学生了解不深，教学上遇到了一些挑战。经过向富有经验的教师学习以及在实践中摸索，我收获颇丰。以下是对本学期教学情况的简要总结。 一、认真学习英语新课程标准，积极投身教改。

1、认真备好上好每一堂课。作为一名新教师，我深知备课的重要性。备教材、备学生、备教法，这是我们备课过程中一贯的做法，并以此来指导、规范、提高我们教学的水平，达到教学相长的目的，师生均获益菲浅。
