1． 现在一般时(The Simple Present Tense)

现在一般时由动词原形或当主语为第三人称单数时动词加-s或-es构成，主要用法有： 1) 现在一般时主要用于表示经常发生的动作或存在的状态、日常行为和习惯、说话时刻的状态以及客观性和真理性的事实，通常与always，often，usually，sometimes，every day等时间状语连用，其动作起始和状态存在的时间没有明确界定。 He walks to school every day. They enjoy surfing on the Internet. Hydrogen is the lightest element. The sun sets in the west. ２）现在一般时也可以用来表示说话时刻的瞬间动作，与说话时刻几乎同时发生且转瞬即逝，一般用于体育解说、演示说明、剧情介绍、图片说明等场合。

(1)表述客观真理和客观存在及自然现象；表示习惯性，经常

性的动作，或经常存在的状态。常见的时间状语有：often， usually，always，sometimes，now and then等。 The sun rises in the east and sets in the west. 太阳从东方升起，从西边落下。 We have meals three times a day. 我们一日三餐。(现在的习惯) He is always ready to help others. 他总是乐于助人。(现在的状态)

1、一般现在时的用法

1) 经常性或习惯性的动作，常与表示频 度的时间状语连用。 时间状语： every…, sometimes, at…, on Sunday e.g.每天早上我七点离家上学。 I leave home for school at 7 every morning. 每天他骑车上班。 He cycles to work every day.

2) 客观真理，客观存在，科学事实。 e.g.地球绕着太阳转。 The earth moves around the sun. 上海位于中国的东部。 Shanghai lies in the east of China. 3) 表示格言或警句中。 e.g.Pride goes before a fall. 骄者必败。

注意：此两种用法如果出现在宾语从句中，

即使主句是过去时，从句谓语也要用一般 现在时。

例如：Columbus proved that the earth is round. 4) 现在时刻的状态、能力、性格、个性。 e.g.安英语写得好但说得不好。 Ann writes good English but does not speak well.

2.一般现在时在状语从句中的用法

在以when，until (till)，as soon as，by the time，after，before等引导的时间状语从句或以if，unless，once等引导的条件状语从句以及以no matter when，however，even if等引导的让步状语从句中，如果主句中的动词用一般将来时，从句中的动词通常用一般现在时代替一般将来时。

突破动词时态语态题

动词的时态和语态是考试的重点，而且测试的难度也在逐渐加大。动词的语态常和时态放在一起考查。命题者常从以下角度进行命题：

1.直接给出时间状语，考生能直接根据所给时间状语作出选择；

2.给出时间状语，但所给时间状语有着较强的干扰性和迷惑性，考生不能直接根据时间状语作出选择；

3.给出主句时态，让考生选择从句时态；所给题干是一固定搭配结构，考查考生对于固定结构需用时态的掌握情况；

4.题干中不提供任何时间状语，而给出一个上下文情景或一个结构较为复杂的句子，考生必须仔细分析语境，才能作出正确判断。 一、利用时间标志词巧解动词时态题

遇到动词时态题时首先在题干中寻找时间标志词，如果题干中有标志性的时间状语，则往往可以根据时间状语选择相应的时态。
