一、 安装要求及烘箱定位

1） 地面需水平，四面离墙体要有一定的距离，建议距离1

米左右。 2） 通风良好，落尘量较少 3） 不要安置在潮湿的地方

4） 不要暴露在易燃或腐蚀性气体附近 5） 尽可能远离可燃物

6） 环境温度勿过高，一般在常温范围内

7） 设备到位后把四个调整脚用扳手调节至箱体往上，使调

整脚均匀受力，箱体平衡。（此时四个轮子离地） 8） 如设备底部安置是铁脚则无需调整

二、 电源线的连接

1） 设备电压为:380 V 50 HZ三相四 线制，地线另接。 2） 设备加热功率为： 6 KW 3） 根据电机上标签的箭头接线。 4） 注意：防止相线与零线误接。

三、 仪表温度值的设定及操作

1） 2）

打开电源开关。

等待四秒钟，等到温度控制仪表面显示数字。

3） 按一下仪表上功能键SET键。仪表上数字闪烁（注意：按键时，

时间不能超过4秒钟）。 4） 5） 6）

按仪表上上键▲或下键▼确定所需温度值。 再按一下功能键SET键，仪表上数字停止闪烁即可。 如有不明，请按仪表说明

前 言

本次设计是为毕业答辩而准备的。大学课程已全部结束，此次设计要把大学期间学的东西综合运用，使我们学的东西融会贯通，并结合生产实习中学到的实践知识独立地分析和解决工艺问题。

本次设计是涡轮蜗杆的一个重要零件——箱体。内容涉及到零件分析、确定毛坯、拟订工艺、工序设计以及两套夹具设计。此次设计把我们大学期间学的大部分内容都用上了，还用到了其它有关手册和图表。这次设计是在学校的最后一次设计，它是一次很好的锻炼机会，为我们未来从事的工作打下良好的基础。

由于能力有限，经验不足，设计中有许多不足之处，希望各位老师多加指教。

构造特点一般表现为形状复杂、壁薄、刚度低、技术要求 高等。因此，对它的 制造与工艺就显得非常具有挑战性和严格性。

本次设计是针对阀导承的制造与工艺, 详细地介

摘要

本模具设计的是扣环支架的弯曲冲孔切边级进模具和一套弯曲模具，首先我们对零件做整体的分析。包括：材料的使用、精度的要求、工序的要求以及成本的要求等。为了降低成本，对排样方式进行了合理的设计；其次，对零件整体进行工艺设计。通过工艺目的的设计、工序的顺序设计、压力机的选择等来实现所要达到的要求；再次，想要保证制件精度的要求，就要考虑模具刃口尺寸的计算。因为刃口是冲制工件的主要工作部分，刃口处的精度就决定了制件的精度，就必须根据公差来进行精确计算。

最后，根据计算出的模具刃口尺寸设计出相应的凹模，并且查找资料选择冷冲压模的标准零件，符合标准后，就把凹模与其它各零部件进行总体装配。在确定了模具体闭合高度后，选出合适的压力机在调试校验后并进行试冲加工，以达到符合的标准，最终完成加工。
