Actigraphy (actometry) 活动记录检查

由于「睡眠-清醒」周期 (sleep-wakefulness cycle) 和「休息-活动」周期 (rest-activity cycle) 有近乎一对一的相关性，且活动量变化和各睡眠分期 (sleep stage) 中的肌肉张力 (muscle tone) 变化也有相关，研究者因而发展出一些测量活动量的方法以间接测量「睡眠-清醒」状态。其中之一较为广泛应用的技术为活动记录，其以加速度传感器感应动作变化，进而量化并储存该项数据。具感测、量化处理、储存等三部份装置的活动记录器 (actigraph) 体积大小相当于一只男用手表，其配装表带后可以配带于手腕。活动记录器所记录储存的数据可达数天至数周甚至数月，因此比以脑波测量为主的多频道睡眠记录仪 (polysomnograph) 更适宜长期监测「休息-活动」周期之用。 参考文献:
