一、加拿大退休收入系统

加拿大的退休收入系统分为三部分，即：老年保障计划、养老金计划、个人存款及原单位福利。养老金的标准约为本人工资的70%，政府和社会提供退休金的41%（老年保障计划22.7%，养老金计划18.3%），2006年人均享受老年保障计划和养老金计划约为16840元。

二、老年保障计划（OAS）

老年保障计划是加拿大国家退休金制度的基石之一。从1952年开始执行，由加拿大政府管理，基金来源于国家税收， 覆盖全体国民。按月向加拿大老年人发放。它分为基本的老年保障金、保证收入补贴金、配偶津贴和鳏寡津贴。

1、老年保障金。享受老年保障金的条件有两个：一是年龄达到65岁；二是满18岁后在加居住满10年以上。其中，在加居住满40年的享受全额。1989年新的立法规定，年收入53000加元以上的，每超出1元交回15分。年收入在84000加元以上的，不再享受老年保障金。

2、保证收入补贴金。此项目以家庭收入为基准， 向享受老年保障金、但总体收入比较低的老年人发放。每年根据其收入情况，本人申请可领到相应数额的补贴金，年收入达
