　　大家早上好!

　　今天我国旗下讲话的主题是《以光盘为荣，向浪费说不》。

　　桌上一粒米，农民千滴汗。从古到今，无论设备多么先进，科技多么发达，粮食生产的辛苦和繁琐从来没有变化过。据统计，每一粒米从种子经过浸种、布秧、三耘、灌溉、收刈、入仓到最后走上餐桌，一共要经历21个流程，32道工序，历时约3072个小时。如此辛苦得来的一粒米，当然值得我们尊重。

　　中国是一个了不起的国家，我们在耕地上勤劳的种植，已经能够让我们吃饱。同学们都知道以杂交水稻专家，袁隆平院士为代表的科学家们，培育出杂交水稻，大大提高了水稻的产量。

　　一组数据，国家统计局2019年8月7日发布，2018年我国粮食产量13158亿斤，人均粮食产量472公斤。与此同时，另一组数据，2018年《中国城市餐饮食物浪费报告》显示，中国餐饮业人均食物浪费量为每人每餐93克。同学们，这个小小的每人每餐93克意味着什么?意味着平均每一个中国人，在2018年倒掉了近70千克的食物。

　　对于一个拥有14亿人口的大国来说，任何微小的浪费都会累积成一个惊人数字。中国社科院统计，我国每年浪费食物总量折合粮食约500亿公斤，接近全国粮食总

尊敬的王主席、季副主席，各位领导，同志们：

今天我发言的主题就是总结过去一年来我公司开展的“掘金行动”中的经验、进展，并对未来继续深入执行这一活动作出具体的规划。

就我们目前已开展的“掘金行动”的一些做法，可以概括为“党政齐抓、注重实效、紧密依托、深度挖掘”。

首先是党政齐抓、统一认识。经过去年一年的活动和今年的宣传发动，掘金的理念已经深入到了公司每位员工的心中，为船东提供优质服务，为公司多创效益已经成了广大员工的自觉行动。尤其是公司行政领导对掘进行动的开展提供了大力的支持，公司于总多次在调度会上对活动的开展提出了要求，同时，他和李总助还亲自参与到机务部和船员部的项目中去，为项目的建立和实施出谋划策，有效的带动了掘金行动在全公司的开展。

其次是注重实效，加强激励。今年的“掘金行动”是在去年开展的良好基础上继续推进，起点和标准都要更高，尤其是在目前公司经营压力巨大的形势下，更要充分认识到掘金行动的重要性和现实意义。要将“掘金行动”作为促进经营、促进效益的一种手段，通过“挖掘”带动生产经营、成本控制、精益管理、安全管理等公司发展和生存的方方面面，形成一个有利于公司发展的有效机制。也许船管公司掘出金子更多的体现在了为船东增收节支上，对公司效益的提升
