600t/h卸船机垂直臂驱动部分结构设计

摘 要

本次毕业设计的题目是600t/h卸船机垂直臂驱动部分的设计。查阅一些关于600t/h卸船机垂直臂驱动的资料，在这些资料中初步了解600t/h卸船机垂直臂的一般选型原则与计算方法，以及它的基本结构与工作原理。结合这些选型原则与计算方法，按照要求进行设计和理论计算。根据理论计算公式，对埋刮板卸船机垂直臂进行选择设计，接着又对刮板链条进行设计。接着对驱动装置进行了选择设计，主要是对刮板链条、三相异步电动机、及输送链还有头轮轴的设计最后对对轴承加以校核。连续卸船机具有输送效率较高；可连续自行取料；机械冲击小，振动小，噪音小，自重轻可减少设备的投资和码头前沿的投资；能源消耗比抓斗卸船机要小得多等优点。因而，在国内外，连续卸船机都得到了广泛的应用和发展。

本次带式输送机设计代表了设计的一般过程, 对今后的选型设计工作有一定的参考价值。

公司主要工作内容为2×75t/h燃气锅炉（江苏锅炉厂）、2×12MW抽凝汽轮机、2×15MW发电机及电气、热工仪表等的安装。
