摘要:旋转式管件冷拉弯是一种在工业上广泛应用的计算机数字控制金属成形工艺。当规划一个新的加工工艺时,为了计算出适当的过度弯曲和避免起皱、过度变薄和扁平等失效,试验和错误往往是不可避免的。加工工艺设计是一个苛刻的、困难的、基于经验的过程,这对若干变量的选择有一定的要求。
本文提出了一种综合的、基于计算机的方法,即所谓的Tube ProDes法,用于管件旋转式拉弯的加工工艺设计。该方法可描述如下。首先,进行数值计算用以回弹补偿,评估弯曲的正确性(即发生缺陷的风险)和用以确定加工工艺对材料属性改变的敏感性。然后,根据管件材料特性,以弯曲的几何数据和先前计算的变量作为输入,通过模糊逻辑控制即可完全实现模具装置的设计。
