构建和谐社会的传统文化要素

中国传统文化是中华文明演化而来的，具有历史悠久、内涵博大精深等优点，其追求和谐、兼容并蓄、见利思义等主要内涵，对国家的稳定、企业的发展以及个人的思想起到了很好的引导作用。儒、道、释三家，是中华传统文化主体。实践证明，中国传统文化的思想为和谐社会的构建起到了不可估量的作用。

从构建社会主义和谐社会的需求出发，中国传统文化中关于和谐社会的基本思想：首先是中国传统文化的和谐社会观。其次是个人自身和谐、社会内部和谐、人与自然和谐。中国传统文化中构建和谐社会的基本思想成为构建和谐社会的传统文化要素。

一、“大同社会”----中国传统文化的和谐社会观

中华民族是一个富有理想的民族。中国传统文化中的各家各派都提出过种种社会理想，但基本上都以避免剥削、战乱，实现社会和谐为核心。在中国传统文化中，孔子提出的“大同”社会理想是和谐社会的主要代表。他首先强调了“天下为公”的前提条件。其次，强调了人人积极劳动的场面。第三，描述了重诚信、讲仁爱、求友善、修和睦、选贤能、富庶安康、路不拾遗、夜不闭户等和谐理想社会的基本特征。这一描述对后世的影响极为深远。它

【摘要】城市文化软实力在城市经济社会发展中具有极其重要的战略意义，它是指城市通过诉诸物质文化、制度文化和精神文化的方式，激发和吸引城市内外的积极因素自愿参与城市建设以达到城市经济社会发展的目标，其主要涵盖文化整合力、社会凝聚力、人口素质力、政府公信力、城市辐射力等五个基本要素。 【关键词】城市文化软实力 内涵 构成要素

作为城市综合实力的两大形态之一，城市文化软实力在城市经济社会发展中具有极其重要的战略地位。但由于其功能发挥的间接性与隐性特征，使得人们长期忽视这一实力的存在而过于关注经济硬实力的增长。实际上，在经济社会发展的初始阶段，城市文化软实力的作用发挥确不显见；然而当城市进一步发展并不可避免地与其他城市在诸多领域出现竞争时，城市文化软实力对经济发展的倍增作用便会得以逐步彰显。因此，随着国内城市化的迅猛发展与城市经济规模的日益扩大，学界对城市文化软实力的研究迅速兴起。而对城市文化软实力的研究终究无法回避对其概念与构成要素的科学揭示。
