山东烟台一中学课上,学生们正在认真听课。（李楠楠摄）23日,山东省教育厅发布消息,山东省高考英语改用全国卷,恢复高考英语听力。得知有变,有高中学生家长抱怨,“高考指挥棒,把家长学生挥得直犯晕。”让家长“犯晕”的不仅是高三学生离高考仅有8个月,应对变化的时间短,更是改革的不确定性与细节的不明了。

用大纲卷还是新课标卷?

山东省高考英语将恢复听力,由山东卷改用全国卷。对此,山东省实验中学高三英语备课组组长韩梅说:“学校一直坚持听力练习,这方面影响不大。改用全国卷影响更大,我们最关心的是最终选用新课标卷还是大纲卷。”新课标卷与大纲卷的题型不一样,大纲卷中第二部分包括单项填空,这与之前山东卷一致。而新课标卷中则不包含单项填空。希望教育部门能尽早明确考试方向。

“另外,全国卷比山东卷‘动手’题型多一些,新课标一卷和二卷,分别包含语法填空、单词拼写、短文改错题型,在山东卷中没有。”烟台牟平一中一位高三英语老师说。

【摘要】 本文立足高中英语新课程改革，从课程资源开发的角度，论述如何在高中英语学习中融入有声读物的材料，从而达到在激发学生的学习兴趣的同时使学生接触更丰富的语言材料，以此提高学生英语能力。

一、 引言

英语新课程的特色之一是如何有效地开发和利用课程资源。根据课程标准：“英语教学的特点之一是要使学生尽可能多地从不同渠道、以不同形式接触和学习英语，亲身感受和直接体验语言及语言运用。因此，在英语教学中，除了合理有效地使用教科书以外，还应该积极利用其它课程资源，特别是广播影视节目、录音、录像资料、直观教具和实物、多媒体光盘资料、各种形式的网络资源、报刊杂志等”（教育部， 2003）。所以，在新课程标准的指引下，英语教师纷纷采用不同的形式丰富英语课程资源，而英文流行歌曲，影视节目，新闻材料，VOA音频等形式更是被频繁的使用。这些形式的课程资源在一定程度上增强了学生的兴趣，同时又给学生提供了地道的语言环境，对学生的英语水平是有一定的提高
