“学高为师，身正为范”，我深切体会到作为新时期的人民教师，肩负着培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的一代新人的光荣使命。作为一名教师兼班主任，工作在这个优秀的学校里，我深感自己的职责重大。透过进一步的学习，我有了更深入的认识。透过这次教学督导及反思，我更加认识到工作中的不足与差距。为了更进一步地搞好本职工作，我进行了深刻的自我反思:

一、做得比较好的方面

1、依法执教。本人从教以来，一向都认真贯彻党的教育方针、政策，遵守国家宪法与法律，学习和宣传马列主义、*思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想。

2、爱岗敬业。我能够作到热爱本职工作，立足岗位，安心从教，教书育人，注重培养学生良好的品德，工作尽职尽责，精心施教，认真备课、上课，认真批改作业，无不批改作业，对学生教育不用心的行为。一向以来我都认真的对待每一位学生。无论是在课堂上还是课余时间，我都时刻注意学生的思想动态，做到及时发现及时纠正，努力使自己成为学生的良师益友。

下列教学流程包括按照小学英语教学的主要内容，即词汇句型教学、阅读教学、听说教学、写作教学等方面而作的教学方式方法，是超出某一固定课时、应当贯穿始终的教学流程。老师们应当将这些教学结构和流程综合运用到你的课堂中，让学生的听说读写能力都得到有效提升。

词汇句型教学流程

词汇句型教学是整个英语教学的基础。集中在新授课（每个Unit的第一课时）中进行讲解，然后在各种课型中运用巩固。最终目标是要求学生能熟练朗读所学单词、理解记住词汇的汉语意思，能复习归纳拓展与所学词汇相联系的词汇，基本能将所学词汇进行造句。

单元词汇句型教学主要流程如下： 一、交流热身，预习导入
