Abstract

This article reviews and summarizes the recent literature on Corporate Social Responsibility in the hospitality industry. CSR is now seen as an obligation of business and requires that business undo social and environmental problems it has created. CSR activities are most effective when they are related to and integral to the long-term success of the company.
