①当摆线长度与摆动的幅度相同的时候，摆动的周期与摆球的质量无关。

②当摆的质量与摆动的幅度相同的时候，摆动的周期与摆线的长度有关，摆线越短，周期越短。

③当摆线长度和摆的质量相同的时候，摆动的幅度和摆动的快慢有关。

④在研究摆时采用的科学研究方法是控制变量法

⑤控制变量法：如果所研究的物理量可能受多个因素影响时，保持其它因素（变量）不变，只改变其中一个因素（变量），然后用实验研究它与所研究的物理量之间的关系，这种方法就叫做控制变量法。

⑥意大利科学家伽利略通过观察教堂吊灯的摆动，发现了吊灯摆动的等时性。世界上第一只摆钟是根据摆的等时性原理制成的。

⑦摆球来回摆动一次的时间叫做周期，它的单位是秒。

2.长度的测量

①测量的目的是进行可靠的定量比较。

②测量的基本要素是测量单位和测量工具。

③任何待测物理量的记录都应该有数值和单位。

④为了促进相互交流和科技发展，国际上规定了一套统一的单位叫做国际单位制，简称SI制。

⑤测量长度的基本工具是刻度尺。在国际单位制中
