基本资料：无锡的李先生是一名刚从校园里出来的大学生，24岁，做外贸销售工作。虽然刚工作不久，收入不是很高，但是李先生还是对个人理财比较感兴趣。据小李介绍，他的基本经济情况如下：月工资收入为3500元（有三险一金：住房公积金，养老保险金，医疗保险，失业保险）；月兼职收入：1500元（每月上下浮动100元）。每月减掉各种支出2000元后，大约结余3000元。由于工作年限短，他目前只有15000元的活期存款。李先生感觉个人的工作前景还是不错，2013年收入可能在6万元左右。

他本人的中期理财目标：（1）5年内攒够买房的首付款。房子基本要求是：价格为6000元/平米左右，面积不超过100平米的普通住宅；假设首次购房的首付款比例为20%；（2）5年内购买一辆8万元的轿车。
