neither……nor与either……or的用法

neither……nor与either……or起连词作用，连接并列的两个成分。但两者意义相反。 “neither……nor”表示“既不……也不”即否定两部分， 例如：

1．The ground must be just right neither too wet nor too dry. 土壤要正合适：既不太湿也不太干。

2．I have neither brothers nor sisters. 我既无兄弟又无姐妹。

3．Neither John nor Tom krows how to spell the word. 约翰和汤姆都不知道怎样拼写这个单词。

either……or表示“或者……或者” 如：

1．She was coming back either today or tomorrow. 她不是今天来就是明天来。 注意：如果连接两个主语，谓语应随共邻近的词， 如：

1．Either you or he is right. 不是你就是他对。

2．Neither you nor I am right. 你和我都不对。

bothBoth可作形容词、代词或副词用，意思是“两 个”、“双方”、“两个都”。在句中可作主语、 宾语或同位语。 如：Both are right.(主语) I like both.(宾语)

NOR Flash

NOR FLASH是INTEL在1988年推出的一款商业性闪存芯片，它需要很长的时间进行抹写，大半生它能够提供完整的寻址与数据总线，并允许随机存取存储器上的任何区域，而且它可以忍受一万次到一百万次抹写循环，是早期的可移除式闪存储媒体的基础。

NOR Flash的访问方式

在NOR FLASH的读取数据的方式来看，它与RAM的方式是相近的，只要能够

提供数据的地址，数据总线就能够正确的挥出数据。考虑到以上的种种原因，多数微处理器将NOR FLASH当做原地运行(Execute in place，XIP)存储器使用，这其实以为着存储在NOR FLASH上的程序不需要复制到RAM就可以直接运行。由于NOR FLASH没有本地坏区管理，所以一旦存储区块发生毁损，软件或驱动程序必须接手这个问题，否则可能会导致设备发生异常。 在解锁、抹除或写入NOR FLASH区块时，特殊的指令会先写入已绘测的记忆区的第一页(Page)。接着快闪记忆芯片会提供可用的指令清单

在STM32外部的Nor Flash运行代码

代码分两部分，一部分是下载到STM32内部Flash的，另一部分是下载到外部Nor Flash的。 内部Flash的代码

主要负责完成CPU的初始化，包括系统时钟和FSMC-NOR的初始化，然后跳到外部Nor Flash去运行真正的用户代码。

具体对keil操作方面，没什么好注意的，按照平时烧写代码进内部Flash就可以了。 外部Nor Flash的代码

及时有效递交NOR的方法和注意事项

在航次租船合同下，船舶到达装货港、卸货港都必须递交NOR（Notice of Readiness，准备就绪通知书）。正常情况下，船舶必须按照合同规定做好装卸准备以后才能递交NOR，但是也有少数租约约定船舶不论是否准备就绪，只要一到港就可以递交NOR，船舶在实际装卸货时准备就绪就可以了。

如何递交NOR，一般租约里面会有明确的规定，船长只要按照规定递交就可以了。但是，有时候可能会遇到与租约相悖，或者说不能按照租约履行的情况。船长在处理具体问题的时候，首先要明确租约条款的规定，再就是要及时和承运人沟通确认，不要因为NOR的递交不当影响租约的履行，造成不必要的损失。

一、NOR递交和被接受的条件

按照一般要求，递交NOR要满足三个必要的条件。船舶如何才能在到港前及时满足这三个条件的要求，以及一旦在没有完全满足这些条件的情况下，船长怎样去采取措施尽快达到递交的条件，这对航次的正常运营和疏港起到至关重要的作用。
