岁月无情，似有情，转眼间又推进一届九级，而九年级的英语教学工作十分关键，为了顺利完成自我教学工作,让学生学会运用与生活息息相关的英语语言,语法语言,使学生在八年级学习的基础上得到听说读写的全面发展,获得英语交际运用的基本技能,养成良好的学习习惯,为此，我确立如下教学计划: 一、学生情况分析

今年我任教九年级95、98两个班的英语。从整体情况来看，学生普遍英语基础较差，在课堂教学时，出现有学生不守课堂规则，不愿听课、睡觉或是做与课堂无关事情的现象。还有一部分学生觉得英语越来越难，渐渐力不从心了，不感兴趣了，有少部分学生基础较好，自制能力较强，能认真听课，按老师要求完成各项任务。针对这种情况，教学的时候需要注意在备课中增加趣味性，以此来提高学生对英语学习的兴趣。 二、教师的指导思想

1、要面向全体学生，关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心，使他们在学习过程中发展综合语言运用能力，提高人文素养，增强实践能力，培养创新精神。
