假冒商品的争议处理（卖家版）

为净化社会市场环境，维护网络平台的洁净度，扫一扫中国遵循国家法律法规，不允许出售和发布假冒伪劣商品。而您作为扫一扫中国卖家，交付给买家的商品也应当符合法律法规的相关规定，不得出售假冒商品。若您存在此行为，请您立即整顿自己的店铺，否则您的商品可能会因为出售假冒商品而被删除，同时您的账户也有可能会被扣分、限权甚至被冻结，相应争议也会做退款处理。

一、假冒商品的处理原则

如果商品属于假冒商品的，扫一扫中国支持退款，货物扫一扫中国不予处理。如果您能提供有效凭证证明商品并非假冒商品，且买家无有效举证的，交易款项将支付给您。

如果买家提出商品为假冒商品，但未提供有效凭证证实，而您也无法有效举证的，交易支持退货退款。

如果商品存在危及人身财产安全的不合理危险，导致买家损失的，由买卖双方另行协商或通过其他途径解决，扫一扫中国不予处理。

二、假冒商品的举证

如果您的买家表示收到的商品属于假冒商品，且通过肉眼无法做出判断的，您应当按照扫一扫中国的要求提供厂家的经销凭证、产品合格证、商业发票等证明文件。
