正规的中文翻译应该叫做防散热PAD热风焊盘。它主要起一个防止焊接时焊盘散热太快不好焊的作用，在非整层都是铜的情况下它可以做成环形，大小跟Anti pad一样就成了。当在电源层或GND层用时，它的还有减少热冲击的作用，防止焊盘与铜层连接完整的面积过大，因板材与铜皮之间膨胀系数的差异而造成板翘、浮离，或起泡等毛病。这个时候如果就得做成那种镂空的。 Anti pad:
