2.1.1.1洁净室及相关附属设备(如subfab，电力设施，废弃物设施，化学品设施

等)应避免下列暴露：

a.避免来自洁净室区域内其它区域的暴露，在洁净室建筑的区域内应无

其它用途之区域；

b.天灾(包括暴风、地层事故、寒冷天气、冰雹、洪水等)； c.厂内或厂外的火源，包括邻近区域、外部建筑、闪电、大火等； d.由管线或设备造成的液体危害，如排水系统或液体输送系统； e.通风设备的进气入口附近是否有污染物。
