2010年上海英语高考在阅读部分引入了新题型——阅读简答题。在阅读300字左右的一段文字后，回答4个与之相关的问题，分值为8分。该题考核学生综合运用语言的能力，要求考生在读懂原文的基础上，用笔头表达出对原文中各种信息的理解，并且对字数有一定的限制要求。解答此类题型，可以分3个步骤。
