SIMODRIVE 611 U 通用型驱动器

SIMODRIVE ? 611 u是SIMODRIVE 611驱动系统中的独立的、全数字的插入式控制模块, 用于高动态响应的多轴联动控制。

它适用于以下情况的驱动系统中:

? 转矩0.7 Nm 到 185 Nm的同步电机 ? 功率3.7 kW 到 100 kW的异步电机 ? 直线电机

所有的模块都有相同的尺寸:

? 高度480 mm ? 深度288 mm

? 宽度50 mm 或成倍增加

一、硬件介绍与连接、维护

1. 硬件组成

包括三个方面:电源模块;功率模块;控制卡模块。控制卡模块可以直接插在功率模块上面

电源模块

外部强电供电系统经过电源模块连接到各个驱动单元,将主电源(400/3AC,415/3AC,480/3AC)变换为直流母线上的直流电压。另外,通过电源模块上的设备总线提供功率模块和控制模块所需要的各种电源(+/-24V, +/-15V, +/-5V等等)

功率模块的组成

有单轴功率模块和双轴功率模块之分。在功率模块上可以插入相应的控制板模块

控制卡模块

针对各种应用设计的不同插入式控制单元,客户可选择购买不同模块得到真正需要的功能
