同等学力考试科目一般是外国语和专业综合。考试安排一般是五月份的最后一个周日，上午考外国语，下午考专业综合。

凡不持有国家教育部承认的本科毕业证书的考生，均属同等学力。国家教育部规定：获得国家承认的大专毕业学历者经两年（从大专毕业到录取为硕士生当年的9月1日）或两年以上，达到与大学本科毕业生同等学力者，可以报考硕士生，招生单位可根据本单位的培养目标对考生提出具体的业务要求。国家承认学历的成人高校应届本科毕业生可以以同等学力身份报考。两者应按报考学校的要求出具证明自己同等学力水平的材料，经报考学校审核符合要求发给准考证。经初试通过后，如准许参加复试，都还要加试考试科目。

同等学历是指未取得国家承认的本科学历，但业务水平达到本科生毕业水平的生员。国家对以同等学历报考硕士研究生的基本要求是大专毕业工作两年以上或者成人教育应届本科生。 成人教育和自学考试本科学历是国家承认的。成人教育本科往届生可以直接以本科生的资格报考。而成人教育应届本科生由于报考时（每年的11月中旬）并没有取得本科学历，所以只能以同等学历的资格报考，不同于全日制的普通高校应届本科生。普通高校的应届本科生是可以以本科生的资格报考的。

二、写作技巧
