信息技术是一门讲究操作性和实践性的课程，所以应注重培养孩子的动手操作实践能力，达到手脑并用，同步发展。小学生先从培养兴趣爱好入手，只有对信息技术产生了浓厚的兴趣，才有学习的动力。

一、指导思想

以邓小平同志“教育要面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来”和江泽民同志“三个代表”重要思想为指导，全面贯彻党的教育方针，全面推进素质教育，响应邓小平“计算机要从娃娃抓起”的号召，更好地促进学生全面素质的发展，大胆开设信息技术实验课程，深入有效的开展课程改革实验，进一步提高素质教育和教育现代化发展水平。把先进科学技术尽早普及到孩子们手中，让他们树立现代化的信息理念，将来更好地为社会，为国家作出贡献。

二、基本情况:

本学期，很多学生,对电脑有一定的认识，能够进行简单的开机关机，及其使用一些简单的应用程序。但对学习信息技术只是等同的认为是学习计算机。在学习上处于一种玩电脑的状态。由于每一学期信息技术课时比较少，每周只有一节课，学生的遗忘性大，大多数学生学后没有注意巩固，学生掌握的情况不是很理想，参差不齐。有条件的学生家
