河北2013年中考英语试题依据《课程标准》和2013年《考试说明》，符合新课标理念，体现了英语基础课程改革方向，结构合理，选材严谨，关注课堂，反应社会的主旋律，引导了教学方向。

今年的中考题题型、试卷结构与往年比没有大的变化，只在个别题上做了小变化，学生做起来并不陌生。全卷中英文阅读量为3800多词，难度系数与往年基本持平，大约在0.65左右，主要以考察“学生综合语言运用能力”为核心，考点涵盖了初中阶段所需掌握的英语基础知识，功能意念项目及话题的80%以上，试题和学生实际、教学实际紧密相连，没给学生设置审题障碍，下面我根据试题内容对2013年试卷做一简单分析： 听力试题30分：
