【核心阅读】随着农村经济的发展，学龄前幼儿教育日益受到各方重视。但目前农村幼教资源不足，一方面公办幼儿园少；另一方面，近年来应运而生的民办幼儿园办学条件参差不齐，甚至不少属于无证办学，存在不少安全隐患。

农村需要怎样的幼儿园？新学年开学将至，本报记者前往贵州织金县、云南安宁市、四川成都市调研。

织金县利用社会力量发展农村学前教育

小学闲置校舍改成了幼儿园

“小海鸥，真勇敢，飞得高来飞得远??”贵州省织金县三塘镇大方寨村希望童园的27名小朋友在老师的带领下做起了第三套幼儿广播体操。这所希望童园依托大方寨小学，将学校的两间空置教室改做了幼儿园活动室。

“现在在村里读小学的孩子少了，将幼儿园建在小学里可以充分利用现有资源，节省不少开支。”织金县教育局副局长付国荣表示，全县希望童园共30所，贵州省青少年发展基金会每年拨付120万元办学。

在希望童园开办之前，大方寨村的孩子几乎都没有上过幼儿园，六七岁时去村里小学读一年学前班，然后升入一年级。现在，这些孩子从3周岁到5周岁不等，被编在一个班，由两位老师照管。“老师
