则》中fault的翻译想起

昨天我问景小朋友说，既然你已经接受过两次排球裁判培训了，那么我现在考考你，当你扣球出界的时候，这个行为算不算犯规？他说，要看情况了啊。我说，不用看情况了，现在没有人拦网，你也没有任何接触人或物，他说，那就不算了。我说，错了，只要你扣出界，就是犯规。

很显然，我不是在抬杠，因为《规则》1就是这么写的，我们举一个例子，在第26页中，《规则》对“某队得一分”做了这么一个界定：

1、球成功地落在对方场区 2、对方犯规 3、对方受到判罚

显然，第1条很容易理解，第3条所谓的判罚(sanctions)是针对不良行为（misconduct）而言的，跟扣球出界无关，那么按照简单的逻辑分析，扣球出界显然属于第2条了，也就是说，当我扣球出界时，对方得分，对方得分的原因就是我犯规了。

刚开始看到这里我觉得很奇怪，这不是跟我们的日常语言相冲突吗，思考一下，我们平常所谓的犯规又是什么呢？持球算不算犯规，算；过网击球算不算犯规，算；触网算不算犯规，也算；那么，扣球
