电测听检查及听力图分析

一、电测听仪类型

电测听仪因用途不同大概分为以下五类：

（一）纯音电测听仪: 以纯音听阈为主进行听能力测试的仪器。 （二）手动电测听仪: 频率、听力级的改变，结果记录均为人工操作的仪器。

（三）自描电测听仪: 频率、听力级的选用，信号的改变，听力结果曲线的描记是由受试 者操作马达开关而自动完成的仪器。 （四）语言电测听仪：以语言为测试材料，以语言可懂度判断听力状况的仪器。

（五）筛选电测听仪：频率较少，通常用于较大范围人群体检筛查的仪器。

二、工作原理和基本结构 电测听仪的构成主要取决以下因素： （一）人的听域范围在0 至20000Hz 以内，而满足日常生活的听域范围0 至10000Hz 即足够。通过听力学实践，人们认识到选取1000Hz 为中心的11 个频率作为气导域值测试 点，基本能反映人的听力状况。这11 个频率分别是：125、250、500、1000、1500、2000、 3000、4000、6000、8000 和10000。

（二）声音向内耳传递时，空气传导占主流，颅骨亦有这方面的功能，

根据颅骨的结 构，人们选取了250、500、1000、2000、4000Hz 五个倍频程频率对骨传导状
