小时候，爸爸妈妈领我到水上乐园游玩，看见别的小孩甚至比我小的小孩在水里自由自在地游着，我心想：什么时候，我也能像他们一样？我便央求妈妈给我报游泳班，在我再三请求下，妈妈欣然同意。这样，我就与游泳结缘。

暑假里，妈妈终于给我报了梦寐以求的游泳班。一到游泳馆，教练就教了我们几个动作要领，在岸上做规范后，我就拿了个浮板下水了。我游得可好了，教练天天都表扬我，我是第一个会游，摘板的，当时还让我给同学们做示范，我非常高兴，天天不到水边就难受。

过了几天，教练一直在教那几个动作，我有点心不在焉了，不认真听教练讲的要领了。当教练在讲新的动作时，我的心早飞到游泳池里，想快快下水，让同学看看我的厉害。教练让同学们一个一个游新动作，当我跳下去的时候，脑子里一片空白，咕咚咕咚地向下沉，手脚不听地扑腾，还喝了好几口水，难受死了。我不停地大叫着，心里很焦急，当时好像连第一个动作都忘了。幸好教练在旁边把我救了上来，要不然小命就没了。打那以后我开始害怕游泳了，对游泳产生了恐惧感。
