　　通知的目的是使对方知道所发生的事情或将要发生的事情，是一种实用性很强的应用文体。

　　通知内容一般包括两部分：

　　(1)提及具体事件，必要时阐述理由或事件意义;

　　(2)交代清楚时间、地点、要求和注意事项等。

　　英语中的通知分书面通知和口头通知两种，这两种通知在格式和用语方面都有较大差别。

　　书面通知格式一般包括四部分：

　　正文上方居中写上Notice或NOTICE;

　　下面是正文，为通知的主体部分;

　　日期一般写在正文的左下角，比单位名称略低一行或在正文的右上角;

　　落款写在通知的右下角，位置高于日期。

　　书面通知比较正式，一般不用开头称呼语，语言使用要求比较规范。

　　口头通知也通常包括四部分：

　　正上方通常有一个标题ANNOUNCEMENT或

　　Announcement(常可省略);

　　顶格写称呼语;

　　之后为正文，为主体部分, 正文开头有提醒注意的句子;

　　最后为结束语。口头通知一般不用落款。

培养听说习惯 加强说话训练

随着社会日新月异的发展，对于人才的需要有了更高的要求，社

会需要复合型人才为之服务。作为社会人，首先要乐于交流、善于

表达，方能充分展示自己的聪明与才干，这给我们的语文教学提出

了新的要求。教师要给学生创造说话的机会，激发他们说话的愿望，

要在学生的说话实践中，指导他们怎样说话，逐步提高说话能力，

并着力训练思维的准确性、条理性和敏捷性。

中学时期的学生具有极强的创造性和可塑性，而阅读教学是语文

教学的基础环节，也是说话训练的主要渠道，它既有利于提高说话

能力，也对作文能力的提高有一定帮助。

怎样合理有效地培养学生的说话能力呢？首先，老师要树立正确

的教育观点——激活说话的欲望，因材施教。充分发挥学生的主体、

教师的主导作用，让学生愿说、善说、条说！

一、激发兴趣——愿说

兴趣是最好的老师，也是克服困难、排除阻碍的动力及坚实保证。

因此，激发兴趣是学生产生说话愿望的先决条件之一。

1.鼓励法。学生的语言材料较少，说话正处于初级阶段，故而在

心理上或多或少的对说话存在障碍，也导致不敢说或不愿说。如何
