本学期我继续担任的是九年级<8>班和<9>班的英语教学工作。虽然，这两个班是我从七年级一手带上来的。然而，面对学生们懒散的学习劲头，教材难度的增大以及英语本身的枯燥等种种因素，我不知道何去何从，如何能创造更多的轻松、愉悦的语言环境，如何在快乐的氛围中让学生学有所成，这是摆在我面前非常棘手而又亟待解决的问题。 思考了好久，综合各种条件之后，我觉得应该从以下几个方面着手努力：

一、 全面培养学习英语的兴趣。

孔子日：“知之者不如好知者，好知者不如乐知者”，兴趣是最好的老师。作为教师必须时刻想方设法培养学生兴趣，尤其是英语。在授课时，结合学生和教材的实际情况，准备贴近学生生活的素材，再运用科学的方法灵活引导，及时鼓励，激发。从听、说、读、写等方面培养其语感，语感上去了，学英语自然就入门了，兴趣也毫无疑问就上去了。

二、 着重培养学生学习英语的习惯。

英语是一门语言，并不深奥。好多人谈英色变，一提到英语往往不知所措；其实，学英语跟学汉语是一样的，都需要点滴积累。不同的是我们缺少说英语的环境，这就需要我们营造氛围，创造条件，不断地去练习，那么养成习惯就至

时间过得真快，来职校工作已经一年了。在职校工作的这一年对于我来说是一次巨大的蜕变。

首先体现在思想上。在学校党支部组织学习下，我认真学习了“党的群众路线”，聆听了先进工作者的先进事迹报告，对应学习查找了自身存在的不足和缺点。纠正了在以往存在的工作懈怠、不积极等毛病；在领导和同事的帮助下逐渐变得开朗、乐于沟通。

其次体现在教学工作上。初来职校，对于职校的教学模式和方法完全陌生，在学校组织的“青蓝工程”以老带新的帮助下让我慢慢进入了状态。职校教学工作具有显著的特殊性，对于我这样一个一直在初中教学的英语老师来说起初是完全没有头绪，后来在我的指导老师谭易老师的指导下很快了解了在职校从事英语教学的方式方法。分析职校的学生，他们都有一个普遍的问题就是对英语没有兴趣并且基础普遍较弱，从而导致他们对英语课的忽视。针对这样的问题，我首先从兴趣下手，老话说兴趣是最好的老师，我想只要有了兴趣学生就会改被动学习为主动学习。我把课本里的知识按难易程度区分，先把简单部分用一些学生可能感兴趣的图画、歌曲、动画、电影等多种方式加以引导，发现这种方法很管用，学生普遍认可，慢慢的兴趣
